This is a bag and fender conversion kit for 2009-2013 Harley Touring models. The 2014 or newer latches and lids (not included) are required for this set to work. 7" down and 14" going back on a slope. If you are looking to stand apart from all the other baggers, bags have plenty of storage space over factory the rear fender is a replacement.
