REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At Top Custom Baggers we take great pride in our reputation of affordable high quality products. We carefully inspect and package each piece to ensure that all our products are perfectly shipped to our clients. If for any reason you receive a damaged item – please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we process your request immediately.

Customers can initiate a return/exchange on all full price (non-sale) items within 30 days of ship to date on items that have not been modified, damaged or otherwise altered. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

No refunds will be issued for returns over 30 days from the ship to date.

The original shipment charges are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for the return shipment costs.

Please note that if you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping cost will be incurred.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that we do ship internationally; however, shipping charges, delivery options and carriers may vary depending on your ship-to country. In addition, some countries may impose additional taxes and duties on your purchases. For additional information, please click on the link below.

MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT

Top Custom Baggers is proud to support the Military and First Responder community. We currently offer a 10%* Military discount off the entire purchase for Active Duty, Retirees, Veterans Members, as well as a 10%* First Responder Discount for active Police, Fire and EMT customers. You can receive your discount while shopping online by verifying your eligibility with ID.me.
